TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order through the Self-Ordering Kiosk, QR Ordering System, Website, or any digital ordering platform operated by Khaali Dosa – Karnataka Canteen Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. ORDERING & PAYMENT

1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

1.2 Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order using the available payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or authorized digital wallets.

1.3 Prices displayed are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated and are subject to change without prior notice.

1.4 Once an order has been confirmed and transmitted to the kitchen through the Point of Sale (POS), Self-Ordering Kiosk, QR Ordering System, or Website, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended.

2. FOOD & SERVICE

2.1 All food items are freshly prepared and served in accordance with our quality and hygiene standards.

2.2 Actual food presentation may vary from the images or illustrations displayed on the kiosk, menu boards, website, or promotional materials.

2.3 Preparation and serving times are estimates and may vary during peak hours, weekends, public holidays, or due to operational circumstances.

2.4 Certain menu items may be unavailable due to stock limitations or operational requirements. In such cases, a suitable substitute or refund may be offered at the sole discretion of the management.

3. FOOD ALLERGY & DIETARY INFORMATION

3.1 While reasonable care is taken during food preparation, our kitchen handles multiple ingredients, including common allergens.

3.2 Cross-contamination may occur despite precautions.

3.3 Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to consult restaurant staff before placing an order.

4. REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be permitted once an order has been confirmed and processed.

4.2 Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:
a) Incorrect item served;
b) Missing item(s) from the order;
c) Food served in damaged, contaminated, or unacceptable condition;
d) Duplicate payment due to a technical or payment processing error.

4.3 Any issue must be reported immediately at the restaurant counter or through the official customer support channel, along with the order details and proof of purchase.

4.4 Refund requests shall be reviewed by Khaali Dosa – Karnataka Canteen Pvt. Ltd. and approved solely at its discretion.

4.5 Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed to the original mode of payment within the timelines prescribed by the respective bank or payment service provider.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before making payment.

5.2 Customers shall ensure that all order details entered through the kiosk or digital platform are accurate.

5.3 Khaali Dosa shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect selections made by the customer during self-ordering.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Khaali Dosa – Karnataka Canteen Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services or products, except as required under applicable law.

6.2 Khaali Dosa shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, payment failures, or technical issues caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. PRIVACY

7.1 Customer information collected during the ordering process shall be used solely for order processing, payment processing, customer communication, and service improvement.

7.2 Khaali Dosa does not sell or disclose customer information to unauthorized third parties, except where required by law or for payment processing purposes.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All trademarks, logos, designs, menu content, images, and other intellectual property displayed on Khaali Dosa platforms remain the exclusive property of Khaali Dosa – Karnataka Canteen Pvt. Ltd.

9. AMENDMENTS

9.1 Khaali Dosa – Karnataka Canteen Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Khaali Dosa – Karnataka Canteen Pvt. Ltd.
