Khaali Dosa is the vision of Ravi Borana, a hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in building and scaling food ventures. From successful brands like Ghar Cafe and Bungalow 12 to now creating a focused South Indian concept, his journey has always been about delivering quality with consistency.
