At Khaali Dosa – Karnataka Canteen Pvt Limited, all food items are freshly prepared and served with the highest quality standards.
As our products are perishable in nature, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Customers are requested to check their order carefully before completing the payment.
Eligible Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
• Incorrect item delivered
• Missing items from the order
• Food received in damaged or poor condition
Any issue must be reported immediately after receiving the order along with relevant order details and proof for verification.
